Senator Jack M. Martins joined with Mayor Matthew S. Bloomfield and the Village of Russell Gardens Board of Trustees in celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Village of Russell Gardens.
"The Village of Russell Gardens had a rich history and, after 80 years, it remains of the best communities in our state. I was honored to be a part of the celebration, which honored the contributions of community members throughtout the years, building the village into a wonderful place to raise a family," said Senator Martins.
