"For weeks we have been telling OTB that Fortunoff's is the wrong place for a VLT facility, period. It's too close to our homes, to our schools, and has no place in our community. The entire community, its elected officials, and leaders stand united in opposition. The Town of Hempstead has confirmed what everyone outside of OTB has known all along; that this facility is too close to our homes. OTB needs to listen to the community and walk away."
