Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently visited the Hillside Library in New Hyde Park to thank patrons and staff for participating in his annual holiday toy drive.
Senator Martins’ holiday toy drive is an annual program which collected new, unused toys to benefit children in Winthrop-University Hospital. Senator Martins visited the Library to pick-up the toys and personally thank the students for their efforts.
“Hillside Library’s patrons and staff were extremely generous and their efforts will make many children very happy. I appreciate their participation in this program and thank them for their support,” said Senator Martins.
