Senator Jack Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently welcomed Village of Flower Hill Mayor Elaine Phillips and Trustee Gary Lewandowski to the State Capitol in Albany.  The officials were in Albany to discuss legislative issues and attend a meeting of the New York Conference of Mayors.
