Albany, NY—Senator Toby Ann Stavisky (D-Flushing) was named the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Conference this week by the Senate Democrats. The senator, who served as the Assistant Democratic Conference Leader for Conference Operations last year, hopes to use her new leadership role to further promote economic, social and human rights.
