Brooklyn, NY -- Senator Andrew Gounardes met with and congratulated Dyker Heights resident Sean Hart for receiving a full 4-year tuition scholarship to SUNY Maritime College. Senator Gounardes nominated Hart for the Cadet Appointment Program (CAP), a competitive scholarship awarded to students who meet exemplary academic standards.
“I have now had the opportunity to speak with Sean on multiple occasions about his plans, goals and inspiration to serve the community. He is an admirable example of the next generation’s leadership and I have no doubt that he will succeed greatly in college and beyond,” said State Senator Andrew Gounardes.
