Met Council makes big donation to food drive sponsored by Addabbo and Queens County Savings Bank

On January 30, the Met Council made a delivery of two pallets worth of food for the food and supply drive sponsored by State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. and Queens County Savings Bank for the furloughed federal workers. Senator Addabbo would like to thank the Met Council for delivering cases of peanut butter, canned tuna and salmon, oats, and several other items for the federal workers.
