#S240 Enacts the Reproductive Health Act and revises provisions of the law relating to abortion.
NAY (Reason: No protection for the unborn child, definition of health is too broad, expansion of abortion, no parental notification, necessary legal protections have been repealed)

NAY (Reason: Expands on already established Federal requirement; onerous mandate on employers)
#S660 Prohibits employers from discriminating against employees based on the employees' or dependent's reproductive health decisions, and to provide remedies for such violations.
NAY (Reason: Unnecessary as current law already provides protection to employees)
S1250 Enacts the NY DREAM Act by creating the NY DREAM fund commission and amends eligibility requirements and conditions governing certain awards.
NAY (Reason: Unfair to law abiding, tax paying citizens who are struggling with college costs)
