Senator Christopher J. Ryan is proud to announce Nancy Kern Eaton as his 2025 New York State Senate Women of Distinction honoree. The annual recognition celebrates the achievements and contributions of extraordinary New York women who have enriched the quality of life in their communities and beyond.
Nancy Kern Eaton has dedicated her life to service, justice, and creating pathways of opportunity for others. As President of the United Way of Central New York since 2017, she has led transformative initiatives that have strengthened local nonprofit networks, advanced equity, and empowered thousands of families across the region. Her strategic vision and compassionate leadership have helped usher in a new era of collaboration and community resilience.
