These days, simply opening the paper, turning on the TV, or scrolling through social media can be frightening. Many older adults are worried about real and proposed cuts to funding for programs like Social Security and Medicare. They want us to feel afraid and helpless. But knowledge is power! 

Learn the true facts (as of now) about the funding cuts to critical programs and services and how we can fight back effectively and reduce our stress.
