Senator Elaine Phillips, in partnership with Nassau County Department of Human Services, will be co-sponsoring a free Narcan training event at the Port Washington Library on July 23, 2018. The event will begin at 7 p.m.

Attendees will learn the signs of an opiate overdose, how to reverse an overdose and new treatment approcahes.
