Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. will host a TLC Express pop-up at his District Office in Woodhaven—located at 84-15 Jamaica Avenue—on November 5, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Drivers and passengers are welcome.

“I’m pleased to bring TLC’s services directly to Woodhaven through this TLC Express event, so drivers and riders can get answers and support close to home,” Addabbo said.

TLC Express is a set of mobile, neighborhood-based events that brings staff from the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) to local communities across the city.

The goal is to give TLC-licensed drivers, applicants, and passengers a convenient place to ask questions, address business-related concerns, get guidance and assistance without having to travel to the TLC’s main office in Long Island City.

Attendees will be able to receive in-person support, including help with licensing questions and requirements, rules and compliance, business support resources, specialized programs, such as the Accessible E-Hail program, and learn how to identify and report bogus vehicles.
