AN ACT authorizing the commissioner of general services to sell  certain
  land  to  Montefiore  Medical  Center; and providing for the repeal of
  such provisions upon the expiration thereof

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the
office of general services is hereby authorized to sell state  property,
as  further  described  in  this section and commonly referred to as 170
East 210th Street, Bronx, New York,  to  Montefiore  Medical  Center,  a
not-for-profit  hospital  licensed  pursuant to article 28 of the public
health law, whose medical campus is immediately adjacent to  the  afore-
mentioned  state  property operated by the office of children and family
services.
  The property subject to the sale is the property beginning at a  point
on  the  southerly  side  of East 210th Street, 0 feet easterly from the
intersection of the southerly side of East  210th  Street  and  easterly
side  of  Bainbridge  Avenue; running thence along the southerly side of
East 210th Street easterly 150  feet;  thence  southerly  along  a  line
parallel  to  the  easterly  side  of Bainbridge Avenue 100 feet; thence
westerly along a line parallel to  the  southerly  side  of  East  210th
Street 150 feet; thence along the easterly side of Bainbridge Avenue 100
feet to the point of place of beginning. Such property also being desig-
nated as Block 3343, Lot 326 on a tax map for the city of New York.
  Such  sale  shall  be  contingent  upon  receipt and acceptance by the
office of  general  services  of  a  certified  appraisal  or  certified
appraisal  report  pursuant  to  article  6-E  of  the executive law and
contingent upon the relocation of the services provided at the aforemen-
tioned state property to another location within Bronx  county  that  is
acceptable  to  the  office  of children and family services. Montefiore

AN  ACT authorizing the commissioner of general services to sell certain
  land to Montefiore Medical Center

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section  1.  The  commissioner  of  general services is authorized and
empowered to convey state property, as further described in this act and
commonly referred to as 170 East  210th  Street,  Bronx,  New  York  and
convey  for  fair  market value to the Montefiore Medical Center, a not-
for-profit hospital licensed pursuant to article 28 of the public health
law, whose medical campus is immediately adjacent to the  aforementioned
state  property  operated by the office of children and family services,
upon such terms and conditions, including consideration as he or she may
fix and determine, all of the property, right, title and interest of the
people of the state of New York.
  S 2. The lands authorized by this act to be conveyed are more  partic-
ularly  described  as follows: All that certain plot, piece or parcel of
land, with the buildings  and  improvements  thereon  erected,  situate,
lying  and  being  in the city of New York, county of Bronx and state of
New York, designated as block 3343, lot 326 on a tax map of the city  of
New  York  and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
on the southerly side of East 210th Street, 0  feet  easterly  from  the
intersection  of  the  southerly  side of East 210th Street and easterly
side of Bainbridge Avenue; running thence along the  southerly  side  of
East  210th  Street  easterly  150  feet;  thence southerly along a line
parallel to the easterly side of  Bainbridge  Avenue  100  feet;  thence
westerly  along  a  line  parallel  to  the southerly side of East 210th
