GUNTHER -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions AN ACT to amend the public authorities law, in relation to the construction and financing of facilities by the dormitory authority for the New York Alliance for Inclusion and Innovation; and to amend chapter 371 of the laws of 1998, amending the public authorities law relating to the construction and financing of facilities by the dormi- tory authority for the New York State Rehabilitation Association, in relation to extending the expiration and repeal of such provisions THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The undesignated paragraph of paragraph (b) of subdivision 2 of section 1676 of the public authorities law, as amended by chapter 580 of the laws of 2003, is amended to read as follows: Not-for-profit members of the New York State Rehabilitation Associ- ation AND THE NEW YORK ALLIANCE FOR INCLUSION AND INNOVATION AND ANY SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO ANY SUCH ORGANIZATION, for the acquisition, financing, refinancing, construction, reconstruction, renovation, devel- opment, improvement, expansion and equipping of certain educational, administrative, residential, clinical [and], day programming, JOB TRAIN- ING AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT facilities to be located in the state of New York. § 2. The two undesignated paragraphs of subdivision 1 of section 1680 of the public authorities law, as amended by chapter 580 of the laws of 2003, are amended to read as follows: Not-for-profit members of the New York State Rehabilitation Associ- ation AND THE NEW YORK ALLIANCE FOR INCLUSION AND INNOVATION AND ANY SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO ANY SUCH ORGANIZATION, for the acquisition, financing, refinancing, construction, reconstruction, renovation, devel- opment, improvement, expansion and equipping of certain educational, administrative, residential, clinical [and], day programming, JOB TRAIN- ING AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT facilities to be located in the state of New York.
