Stern) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Governmental Operations AN ACT in relation to establishing a Caumsett State Park fire readiness study THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The office of fire prevention and control, in conjunction with the incorporated village of Lloyd Harbor, the Huntington fire district, and the department of parks, recreation and historic preserva- tion shall conduct a study to evaluate the adequacy and coverage of fire services within the Caumsett State Park, including, but not limited to, concerns regarding accessing the state park during flood events. § 2. The office of fire prevention and control shall submit its find- ings to the governor, temporary president of the senate and speaker of the assembly within one year of the effective date of this act. § 3.
