 AN ACT to amend the public officers law, in relation to  the  filing  of
   financial disclosure statements
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Paragraph (l) of subdivision  1  of  section  73-a  of  the
 public officers law, as amended by section 5 of part A of chapter 399 of
 the laws of 2011, is amended to read as follows:
   (l)  The  term  "filing rate" shall mean the HIGHER OF THE job rate of
 SG-24 as set forth in [paragraph] PARAGRAPHS a AND C of subdivision  one
 of section one hundred thirty of the civil service law as of April first
 of  the  year in which an annual financial disclosure statement shall be
 filed.
   § 2. This act shall take effect on the first of April next  succeeding
 the date on which it shall have become a law.

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
