F Train Follow-Up Report

Last year, Senator Squadron urged the MTA to address the F train’s service problems.  He worked with the MTA and released a 25-page report detailing the problems on the F line and made recommendations.  Senator Squadron asked for a follow-up report, and the MTA provided this report, attached here.
