Testimony to City Planning on Mayor Bloomberg's East Midtown Rezoning Proposal

On August 7, Sen. Krueger testified before the City Planning Commission, registering her concerns regarding the Mayor’s proposed rezoning of 73 blocks of East Midtown. In Sen. Krueger's view, Mayor Bloomberg's overly-rushed plan fails to properly address major concerns and doesn’t achieve its own goal stated goal – securing East Midtown’s future as a premier business district.
