A big fan of jazz music, Senator Stewart-Cousins stopped by the annual Jazzfest on Sunday, September 7th in White Plains, to greet constituents and see some of her favorite local musicians play. Hosted by ArtsWestchester, Jazzfest is "a six-day celebration of jazz in downtown White Plains, culminating in an outdoor jazz concert with delicious food from area restaurants".
