ADDABBO SPEAKS AT SWEARING-IN MEETING FOR FIORELLO LAGUARDIA SONS OF ITALY

State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. visited the Sons of Italy in Howard Beach to congratulate the group’s new officers, including new president Frances Scarantino.
“A community like Howard Beach, where you can find an Italian flag nearly anywhere you look, is vital to preserving the heritage of our ancestors, and I have no doubt that the officers inducted today will do just that,” Senator Addabbo said. “The passion of Italians brings character to this community and it is something that should always be celebrated.”
