Letter to DEC Urging Re-Evaluation of E. 91st St. MTS Permits

Sen. Krueger and her fellow East Side elected officials sent the following letter to the state Department of Environmental Conservation, urging a re-evaluation of permits for the E. 91st St. Marine Transfer Station (MTS) in light of serious material changes in local conditions, inlucidng the new, post-Sandy flooding realities at the MTS site.
