Letter From Sen. Krueger Regarding The Federal Toxic Substances Control Act

On Monday, March 7th, 2016, Sen. Krueger sent a letter to the members of the New York State Congressional delegation regarding changes to the Federal Toxic Substances Control Act, urging stronger regulation of toxic chemicals and removal of language that would preempt state regulations.
