On February 29, Senator Brian Kavanagh convened with the New York Senate Democrats Manhattan Delegation at the New York Academy of Medicine to hear from our constituents about housing, education, healthcare, the environment, and many other issues, as we negotiate the New York State budget, due on March 31.
