New York City - Today, Senator Liz Krueger, along with Representatives Jerrold Nadler and Carolyn Maloney, Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine, Senators Brad Hoylman and Robert Jackson, Assembly Member Richard Gottfried, and City Council Member Erik Botcher, submitted testimony to the Empire State Development Board regarding the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Pennsylvania Station Area Civic and Land Use Project, also known as the Penn Station Plan.
