Senator Pam Helming was one of three recipients of the 2022 Youth Power Distinguished Citizen Award from Seneca Waterways Council, Boy Scouts of America. Menzo Case, President and CEO of Generations Bank and Mike Mandina, Chairman of Optimax Systems were also recognized.  

The Youth Power Distinguished Citizen Award celebrates individuals whose outstanding leadership and service to the community exemplifies the spirit of Scouting.
