KRUEGER SLAMS TAX CAP-State Sen. Liz Krueger joined the majority of the Democratic conference who pledged to vote against Gov. David Paterson’s property tax cap bill in an upcoming special session. The bill is supported by Senate Republicans and four Democrats.
