ALBANY - The Capitol convenience store better stock up on rotten tomatoes.
Borrowing an idea from England, two state lawmakers want to force the governor to face the Legislature once a month for a one-hour round of questions.
Assemblyman Micah Kellner and Sen. Liz Krueger, both Manhattan Democrats, plan to introduce the bill today.
