Last week, Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. partnered with the New York State Comptroller’s Office to sponsor an unclaimed funds event at the Howard Beach Senior Center. The Senator frequently arranges visits from the agency to local senior centers to help residents determine if they have any money waiting to be collected from things such as tax refunds for class action lawsuits.
