In Albany, State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. had the honor of once again being sworn into the New York State Senate during the commencement of the 2019 Legislative Session. For Addabbo’s fifth term in the Senate, he was sworn in by Chief Judge Janet DiFore.
