Cuomo signs Addabbo-Pheffer Amato 9/11 Remembrance Bill into law

On September 11, Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. joined his colleagues in government as Governor Andrew Cuomo signed into law the 9/11 Remembrance Bill that he and Assemblywoman Stacey Pheffer Amato helped to pass, as well as other 9/11 related measures.
