Last week in Albany, State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. had the opportunity to congratulate his constituent, Jocelyn Coyotl, a 5th grade student from P.S. 63 in Ozone Park, on being selected for the 2019 Legislative Student Art Exhibit, seen here with her painting “Cosmic Love.”
