Rockaway seniors get help registering for benefits programs

On Friday, March 6, representatives from LiveOn NY brought their Benefits Outreach Program to the seniors at the JASA Rockaway Park Senior Center to help register the members for benefits such as SNAP, SCRIE, the Medicare Savings Program, Medicaid and property tax credit programs. Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr., who helped set up the event, thanked LiveOn NY for coming to the Rockaways to provide this service to his constituents.
