Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr.
December 7, 2021
“We take time today to remember the devastating attack on the Pearl Harbor military base in Hawaii 80 years ago that left 2,403 Americans dead and brought the United States into World War II. President Franklin D. Roosevelt was correct when he said that this day would live in infamy, and on this day, we honor those who sacrificed their lives in the name of protecting our freedoms and defending the world against the Axis powers during the world’s greatest conflict.”
