Senator Pam Helming welcomed the Hobart College Statesmen Ice Hockey team to Albany to recognize their NCAA Division III National Championship.

The 2-0 win over Trinity College was the program’s second national title in its history. Coach Mark Taylor has led the Statesmen Ice Hockey team for 23 seasons and was named American Hockey Coaches Association Division III Coach of the Year for the second time.

Senator Helming was proud to commend the Statesmen and Coach Taylor on their outstanding season and recognize them on the Senate floor.
