Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. joined Shmulie Hartstein, founder of Kol Yisroel Inc., and volunteer Yosef Knobel outside his District Office in Woodhaven on August 14, 2026, to distribute backpacks to local students.

Kol Yisroel Inc. generously donated 200 backpacks filled with school supplies to help young people in the community prepare for the upcoming school year.

Kol Yisroel Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit civic engagement and advocacy organization that encourages the Jewish community to engage on local and state government issues, with a focus on public safety, voter education, and the protection of houses of worship.
