Philipstown Behavioral Health Hub Recognized with New York State Empire Award
October 13, 2026
In recognition of the lifesaving mental health and addiction resources and support it provides for the community, New York State Senator Rob Rolison has awarded the Philipstown Behavioral Health Hub with the New York State Empire Award, the highest statewide honor that can be bestowed on a small business and organization.
“Philipstown Hub has become an invaluable resource for individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, providing compassionate care, meaningful connections, and a place to turn when it matters most,” said Senator Rob Rolison. “Their commitment to strengthening the well-being of our neighbors is what makes the Hudson Valley such a special place to call home, and I am proud to recognize their work with the Empire Award.”
Since 2019, The Hub has connected our community to personalized mental health care, including addiction and recovery resources while educating, reducing stigma and empowering individuals and families. Its work is essential as 25% of Putnam County residents surveyed rated their mental health as fair or poor in 2025, compared with 19% in 2022.
