Letter from Pro-Choice Caucus Co-Chairs on Contraceptive Coverage

Sen. Krueger and her fellow co-chairs of the NYS Bipartisan Pro-Choice Legislative Caucus submitted the following letter to federal agencies considering changes to the exemption rules and religious accomodations for the contraceptive coverage requirements of the federal Affordable Care Act, affirming the Caucus' position that contraceptive and reproductive healthcare coverage must remain available and accessible for all.
