Last week the New York State Senate welcomed the cadets and graduates of the West Point Military Academy. After Lt. General Robert Caslen Jr. addressed the full Senate, a reception was held, which included Senator (Lt.) Bill Larkin, Lt. General Caslen and my uncle, Brigadier General Luciano Salamone, class of 1956.
