On Friday, February 16, State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. celebrated the 100^th anniversary of Lithuania’s independence by presenting a proclamation to Julius Pranevicius, the Consul General for the Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in New York, in Addabbo’s Middle Village office. The two also exchanged flags of their respective countries.
