State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. spoke to the Boy Scouts of Troop 177 at Holy Child Jesus Catholic Academy school hall in Richmond Hill. The Senator answered questions from the scouts regarding both his legislative work in Albany and local community issues.
