State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. spoke before the Boy Scouts in Howard Beach at their Tomahawk District Merit Badge Fair this past Saturday. Addabbo discussed community issues and the legislative process before scouts from Queens, Brooklyn, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester. Over 70 scouts participated in the Fair and earned over 100 Merit Badges of the 22 different types of badges offered.
