Today, we gathered in Albany for the annual Police Officers Memorial Remembrance Ceremony. It was an honor to stand among law enforcement members from across New York State, as we paid tribute to the officers who made the ultimate sacrifice.
 
Two distinguished members of Nassau County Police Department, Detective Erick W. Contreras & Detective Michael J. Kearns had their names added to the memorial’s Roll of Honor. May their service always be remembered, and may we continue to support their family members.
